1. Who we are and what this notice covers

UAIDO is a joint venture between 7NORTHIT and STUDIO-DLMA. The venture partners operate this informational website to explain UAIDO and prepare for a private preview.

This policy applies only to this website and direct messages you choose to send about UAIDO. It does not yet describe a production UAIDO application, customer deployment, or paid service.

2. Information handled by the current website

The website does not currently provide account registration, uploads, payments, advertising, or behavioral analytics. It does not intentionally set non-essential tracking cookies.

Our hosting and security infrastructure may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. Essential session information may also be used to control access to a private site.

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, organization, and message.

3. Why we use this information

We use limited technical information to deliver the website, maintain security, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and understand whether the site is operating correctly.

We use information sent by email to respond to the request, assess private-preview interest, maintain the conversation, and meet applicable legal or security obligations.

4. AI processing

The current marketing website does not submit visitor messages, page activity, or uploaded content to AI models. There is no visitor upload or conversational AI feature on this site.

UAIDO is intended to coordinate local, organization-hosted, and approved public AI systems. Before a preview participant uses those capabilities, the applicable product notice and agreement must identify the relevant processing, providers, placement choices, retention, and controls.

5. Service providers and international processing

The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare-compatible infrastructure for hosting, delivery, authentication, reliability, and security. These providers may process limited technical data on our behalf under their own infrastructure and contractual controls.

Infrastructure and support processing may occur in countries other than your own. Where required, the venture partners will use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.

6. Retention and security

We retain email correspondence and operational records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described, security, dispute handling, or applicable legal obligations. Hosting and security logs follow the operational schedules of the relevant provider.

We use proportionate technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can promise absolute security, and the public website should not be used to send confidential, sensitive, or regulated information.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request information about our handling of your personal data and to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent where those rights apply.

Send a request to contact@uaido.io with “UAIDO Privacy” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where required for security, legal obligations, or legitimate recordkeeping.

8. Children

The website and planned business preview are not directed to children. Do not send us personal information about a child through this website.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the website, preview program, vendors, or legal requirements change. A revised date will appear at the top, and material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
