1. Agreement and operator

By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

UAIDO is a joint venture between 7NORTHIT and STUDIO-DLMA. References to “UAIDO,” “we,” or “us” in these terms refer to the venture partners acting in connection with this website.

2. Pre-release information

UAIDO is preparing private previews. Website descriptions, interface concepts, dates, capabilities, integrations, and availability may change as the product is tested and developed.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a service-level commitment, a promise of general availability, or permission to access a preview. Preview participation requires a separate written agreement.

3. Permitted use

You may view and use the website for lawful informational and business-evaluation purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, introduce harmful code, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or use its content to misrepresent an affiliation with UAIDO or either venture partner.

4. Intellectual property

The UAIDO name, wordmark, visual system, website design, product concepts, copy, images, and other materials are owned by the venture partners or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These terms give you a limited, revocable right to view the website. They do not transfer any ownership, license to software, trademark right, or right to copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the materials.

5. Feedback and communications

If you voluntarily send product feedback, you allow the venture partners to evaluate and use it without an obligation to compensate you, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

Do not send confidential information unless a separate written confidentiality agreement applies.

6. Third-party services and links

The website may depend on or link to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content or services outside our control.

7. Disclaimers

The website is provided on an “as available” basis for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

UAIDO is not presented on this website as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or emergency advice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the venture partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this informational website. We may update the site or these terms and may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product changes. The date at the top identifies the current version.

10. Applicable law and contact

Applicable law depends on the venture partner responsible for your relationship and any mandatory rules in your location. These terms do not override rights that cannot be waived by contract.
